Acceptance of Terms

1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Royal Membership.
2. By installing, registering, and/or using our App, Website, and services, you agree to these terms and conditions described herein.
3. We may revise these Terms from time to time in order to accommodate new features and/or functionalities of the App, Website, and Services as well as to reflect changes in applicable laws. Such revised terms will apply from the date of publication. If you continue to use the App, Website, or Services after these terms have been updated, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.
4. We reserve the right to change or update any aspect of the Website and Application’s features and functionality at any time, including the offers, points earning, and redeeming rules, terms and conditions with or without providing notice to the Members.
5. Royal Membership reserves the right to remove, terminate, or change any of its partners (hotels, gyms, sports clubs, beach clubs, sports academies, marine sports). This will be communicated to its members either via email, SMS, mobile app notification, or through the company's communication portal.

About Royal Membership

1. Membership gives you access to a wide range of facilities, activities, and outlets operated by third parties (collectively "Outlets"). Royal Membership does not own, operate or control any of the Services that are offered at or through such outlets
2. Royal offers two types of membership, 'Individual' and 'Family'.
3. Individual Membership allows access to one person only.
4. Family Membership allows access for up to five members- Spouse and 3 children below 16 years old. Children must be under

your guardianship to be registered to your account. We reserve the right to require you to provide documentation to verify that the children are under your guardianship.
5. You are only allowed to bring the children that are registered on your account and this cannot be changed throughout the course of the Membership.
6. For families with more than three children, day passes are available to purchase at selected venues that can be verified from the outlets themselves.
7. You agree that the information you provide at sign-up or at any time throughout the period of your membership is truthful, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, your spouse, and/or your children. We reserve the right to require you to provide documentation such as emirates ID and employee ID copy for verification.
8. Regular Annual Membership will commence on the desired date you specify on the form and will be valid for one year. No member shall be entitled to an extension, cancellation, and/or refund for non-use of the membership.
9.1. Promotional Memberships will commence on the same promotion day that the membership is purchased and will be valid for the specified months only. No member shall be entitled to an extension, cancellation, or refund for non-use of the membership.
9. The Digital Royal Membership Card will have the same member's full name as it does on their Emirates ID.
10. Membership is to be used solely by the authorized member and strictly non-shareable and non-transferrable. Any unauthorized activity or use of the digital card or mobile app by another person will lead to membership cancellation and fee forfeiture.
11. Royal Membership implements a ONE-DEVICE POLICY, meaning your membership mobile app account can only be linked to one phone throughout your membership course to maintain the security and exclusivity of your benefits.
12. There are strictly no cancellations and no refunds available for Royal Membership. Once purchased, all memberships are non-refundable.
13. There is also strictly no freezing available for Royal Membership unless in the event of serious health condition supported by a valid medical report. Membership will be temporarily paused, but only for a defined period of time.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

Website will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.


Accessing Our Partner Outlets

1. When using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions imposed by our Partners, as such terms and conditions can be made available by the relevant partner at any time.
2. Each Outlet has its own set of terms and conditions, member policies, age restrictions, booking/prebooking procedures, and participation requirements that must be adhered to at all times. Noncompliance with our Outlet rules will result to termination of your membership without a refund.
3. To access our partner outlets, you are required to present the live QR Code from your Royal Membership mobile application for scanning to register your visit. Some of our partner outlets could additionally request your Emirates ID for further verification and may also require you to manually register on the designated log in sheet for Royal Members. The same policy applies to kids.
4. All individuals who enter our Outlets and access their facilities and amenities do so at their own risk. Both Royal Membership and the outlet itself disclaim all duty or liability for any harm done to people or property, including death. For any reason, no claims will be claimed against Royal Membership, the management, or the employees.
5. Any person who loses, damages, or destroys outlet property will be held accountable and liable for the cost of replacement or repair, at their own expense.


Availability and Usage of the App and the Website

1. The App, the Website, and Services are provided by Royal Membership on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and your use of the App, the Website, and Services are at your own risk.
2. We do not warrant that the App, the Website, or the Services will be suitable for any purpose, compatible, safe, secure, available, uninterrupted, or free from errors or defects or that any information or Content provided by us is complete, accurate, or of a certain quality. Royal Membership is under no obligation to update information on the Website or in the App.
3. We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our offered Services at any time at our discretion.
4. Information about our Services made available on and/or through the Website and App shall not constitute a representation, warranty, or other commitment by Royal Membership with respect to any product or service unless otherwise expressly agreed to.
5. We accept no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website, the App, or Services.
6. We reserve the right to alter, suspend or discontinue any part (or the whole of) the Website, the App, and Services. These Terms shall continue to apply to any modified version of the Website, the App, and the Services unless it is expressly stated otherwise.
7. In case of Force Majeure due to e.g. labor disputes, strikes, inability to obtain labor or materials, fire or other action of the elements, accidents, governmental restrictions or appropriation, or other causes beyond the control of a party, such Royal Membership is unable to perform in whole or in part its obligations set forth in these Terms, then Royal Membership shall be relieved of those obligations to the extent it is unable to perform them.

Use of the Website, the App, and the Services

1. To use our Website, App and Services you are required to have access to the Internet and are required to download the App. You are solely responsible for providing your own access to the Website and App.
2. In order to authenticate your use of the Website, App, and Services, we may need to send you codes via text messages, emails, or phone calls. You consent to receive such communications from us.
3. By creating an Account, you agree that Royal Membership may contact you via email, mail, phone, or text messages at any of the addresses or phone numbers provided by you, or via the App. Communication may include, but is not limited to marketing purposes, updates to Memberships, updates to App features, important Member or company updates, etc.
4. You hereby acknowledge and accept that your Membership does not guarantee access to any individual Services or the Services at any given time or day. Access to the Services operates on a first come first served basis and, if an individual Service is fully utilized by other Members, no additional Members will be provided that Service until Members using that Service have stopped doing so.
5. You may opt-out of marketing communication via the provided unsubscribe link or by contacting us at any time.
6. You shall not, under any circumstances, copy or seek to copy the App, the Membership Card, the Website, obtain any of the Services by fraudulent means or assist others to copy the App, the Membership Card, the Website, or obtain the Services by fraudulent means.

Billing and Payment

1. Payments are in United Arab Emirate Dirham (“AED”) and may be paid by credit or debit card.
2. Payments must be paid in full upfront.
3. The Membership fee must be paid at sign-up or renewal and in advance of using our Services.
4. Corporate Memberships may be paid via bank transfer according to a separate agreement between the company and Royal Membership.
5. The description of any Membership, including the Membership fee, purchased hereunder will be confirmed in Royal Membership's invoice at the point of payment.
6. Royal Membership reserves the right to adjust membership pricing in accordance with shifts in operational expenses. The Company disclaims any guarantee of maintaining the initial membership prices and underscores the dynamic pricing nature influenced by operational factors.
7. Any increase in VAT, other sales, or indirect taxes which may be due or introduced as a result of changes to Federal Law that are payable on payments under these Terms, Royal Membership reserves the right to collect these taxes from the Member.

Limitation of Liability

1. Royal Membership will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of events beyond Royal Membership’s reasonable control.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Membership accepts no liability for any of the following:
• any business losses, such as loss of profits, income, revenue, anticipated savings, business, contracts, goodwill, or commercial opportunities;
• loss or corruption of any data, database, or software;
• any special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage;
• losses suffered by third parties, as a result of the use by you of our Website, App, or Services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.


Termination

1. Royal has a strict “no cancellation” and “no refund” policy. Any payment made to purchase Royal Membership cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2. Royal Membership reserves the right to terminate your Membership, immediately and without notice in case of breach of any obligation in these Terms and no refund will be given. This will also result to termination of your access to our Services, the App, and all other features and products available through the membership.

Disclaimer

ROYAL MEMBERSHIP intends to provide our members with access to a variety of facilities, activities, and outlets operated by third parties (Partner Facilities). We work by establishing contractual relationships with various facilities. However, the termination and/or renewal of each contract is subject to the agreement of both parties. Therefore, Royal Membership does not guarantee continuous access to our partner facilities throughout the membership term. Some outlets may or may not be removed, but trust that Royal Membership Management is doing everything possible to keep all of our outlets and replace any facilities that are removed.
