- If you previously had or currently have Arena Fitness direct membership. Please be advised that there is a 4-month waiting period before you could use Royal Membership to access the gym.
- Gym access and booked classes are restricted to adults aged 18 years and above.
- Book in advance up to 24 hours before the class starts.

<p><strong>Timings<br></strong>Monday to Thursday - 5:15am to 9pm<br>Friday - 5:15am to 7pm<br>Saturday - 7:30am to 3pm<br>Sunday - 9:30am to 5pm<br><em>Open Box: Monday to Friday, 3–7 PM, limited to 20 spots.</em></p>

<p><strong>Required</strong><br>Members are kindly requested to proceed to the reception for admission and verification of their Royal Membership QR code prior to accessing the gym or attending booked classes.</p>
